Unlike automated platforms, NotaryDash allows Prestige to hand-select and vet every notary. We verify credentials, experience, and training before assigning them. Clients receive full status updates, milestone tracking, and detailed communication throughout the process.
NotaryDash is primarily built for Prestige’s B2B clients, including law firms, title companies, financial institutions, and corporate clients. It ensures secure document handling and professional signing management.
We verify commissions, E&O insurance, bonding (if required), W-9s, and full background checks (federal and local, within the last 3 years). Notaries must complete the NNA Signing Agent course, meet experience minimums (500+ signings, 1,000+ for VIP), complete vetting interviews, and demonstrate professionalism and capability.
Notaries must confirm appointments within one hour, dress professionally, print according to PDF size, avoid drop boxes unless necessary (with photos), return scanbacks promptly, use blue ink unless instructed otherwise, obtain correct IDs, avoid document corrections except acknowledgments, stay out of margins, and follow all state and client requirements.
